I'm not sure what is meant by ITN parameters, but @herr_seppia is currently walking through some changes pushed to our devnet. He deployed a new one on Friday (another one today), and if everything works as expected there and we've done some preliminary manual testing, the tech requirements for this iteration of ITN should be met and ready to go.
